concrete meeting processes

The

province of Antwerp - where meetings take place from the workplace to the work teams, across the various departments to the highest floor, usually with a minimum of 5 to sometimes more than 50 participants - wanted to support its many meeters with the right techniques and campaigned on a modular meeting process: participants could attend short and powerful sessions live and remotely, each time based on insights and clear practical

tools the day after.

For example, the following workshops were developed:

  • structure and organization of a meeting
  • :
  • performing problem analyses
  • ,
  • better brainstorming... yes: flows
  • ,
  • better decision-making
,
  1. culture and communication of a meeting: entering the meeting for teams with 'difficult' participants: turning frustrations into
  2. fun time and results. In the
wake of these popular workshops, a custom-designed

online learning process was put together to make it available to an even larger target group, so you can see the intro here:

Given the impact on time spent, meeting techniques and processes are mainly requested by organizations that meet frequently and also show themselves here in inspiration, half-day workshops and processes, often spread over a longer period of time, towards permanent behavioral change and integration

.

For example, dynamically interactive and, above all, activating inspiration sessions and programs for:

Carrier - Erasmus - SNCB - De Lijn - KMDA - VSF - Getronics - Bayer

and many others, below
