Negotiating for supervisors
From your own negotiation style and in the wake of/beyond basic communication techniques, you gain insight into the mechanism of negotiation, you choose result-oriented strategies and learn how to use targeted techniques using practical models. We mainly practice with examples from your work environment so that you gradually get to grips with it, whether it's negotiating with your team members, colleagues, chefs or customers/suppliers. By the end of the workshop, you'll know yourself and your backpack will be filled with everyday tools that are easy to use.
