what you don't want to forget straight to your inbox: easy and fast apps!

Now I'm thinking about something se!

You know it; you're sitting on the toilet, in the shower, on the road - train, tram, bus, bike, Segway, hooverboard, an old-fashioned or super-fast trottinette - or you've just shut down your computer and you're thinking about something you'd forgotten and wanted to remember.

Empty your head!

handschrift

You cleverly write it on your hand, a post-it, or elsewhere so it's out of your head. But yes. How full can a hand or arm be? Where do you leave your post-it? Or do you write it on a sheet? And how much is already in different places?

So fragmentation, everything is everywhere. A false sense of security.

Centralize that trade!

False sense of security? Definitely! After all, do you know the reason why the port of Antwerp attracts more smuggling traffic than Rotterdam's

?

The answer: cheese! In Antwerp, you can go in and out everywhere, while Rotterdam's has only a few easier to monitor gateways. The same phenomenon occurs in your organizational system with forget-me-nots lying around everywhere. So if everything can come from anywhere, there are holes in your cheese. Avoid that hassle because... distractions and loss of concentration & energy! You really don't want that!

What do you always have with you?

And what do you usually have with you? Right; your smartphone! For years, I've been jotting things down there, via an app. One click to open the app, you tap or leave your text, press send and... your headline is empty again for more important things and tasks.

I currently work as an iPhone user with Note to Self Mail and I sometimes recommend Braintoss on Android users, but you can really use any app that keeps your head empty and fills your inbox for further processing.

I hear you thinking out loud now... that's not really progress, hey, I already have so much mail! Well: would you rather sit around talking about it in your head or just in your inbox? After all, once it's there, you can let go of it feeling safe and pick it up at a time that suits you. For example, do you also want an empty inbox: grab = decide!

And action!

Try it out right away: download an app now. It only takes a few minutes and it's the best few euros ever spent, I often hear participants say!
