Why Werner?
Time management gets to the heart of your work or business. So for lasting results, choose a partner who thinks critically with you and knows what they're talking
about.1. Get lasting results
Do you want to permanently change your time management (or that of your team)? Then you won't make it with a few separate tips. By training thousands of people, I found 3 keys to success:
- Blended learning | Remote training, coaching and guidance: I provide more contact points and therefore more conscious incentives. This way, you can permanently change your behavior.
- Result-oriented | Time management is about time and energy. You can measure time, so I like to work measurably. With a baseline measurement and after measuring your results .
- Till it works | Blockages? We map these out and solve them. Is it not working yet? Then we'll find out why and adjust until it works. Think of it as my R&D: —
2. Let me think critically
You, your team and your company: you are unique. A one size fits all approach? It ignores who you are. You want someone who thinks along with you. This affects:
- You come first | your existing working methods and tools, your personality, your company culture: I would love to integrate it into your training.
- Critical intake | Whether you are a participant, manager or HR manager: I listen and ask specific (sometimes confronting) questions. Until we both know what you really need.
- It's your energy | How do you get more out of the ± 700,000 hours you have to live? How do you grow as a person (and thus do you make your environment, your department, your company grow)? That's what it's about.
3. Don't rush into it
Time management gets to the heart of your work or business. So don't rush into it, call on someone who knows what they're talking about:
- Proven effect | Hundreds of training courses and thousands of participants in the last 7 years: the right time management reflexes klanten/">make the difference every day.
- Extensive experience | After an international management career in many positions and sectors, I work my way up quickly, communicate fluently with management and the workplace and know where the levers and game changers lie.
- Discover your brain | How do you learn or unlearn habits? How do you address the causes of behavior? The key lies in your brain, I'd love to show you how it works (or not: -)
